We ensure that we stock only the finest quality and grade meat possible, whilst guaranteeing unmatched value and service. We source all our beef locally, our supplies of lamb and pig are monitored weekly to ensure only the best quality comes to the counter . Our Chicken range which is all hormone free is delivered fresh daily from Byron Bay. We are now also stocking locally grown organic chicken. We are local favourites for Gourmet and Value Added products. Our exceptional range of products include, to name but a few, 14 varieties of gourmet sausages and rissoles - perfect for those barbeques, butterfly legs of lamb with a selection of marinades - delicious and so easy to prepare, Spinach Fetta and Pine Nut Lamb Rolls and many other value added choices. Our strength is that we are continually trying new things and introducing new products and services to the shop. Our dedicated team of experienced, top class butchers, Kevin Paul Cameron and newcomer Graham, are dedicated to delivering high quality products to our Bellingen customers and can accommodate all needs and tastes. The Fish Shop |  | We have been stocking local and imported frozen fish for three years. It has become so popular that we now carry a wide range including, Atlantic Salmon, Prawns, Smoked Cod, Crab Meat, and Baramundi. Because all fish is frozen, we are unable to offer home delivery of Fish on iButchers, but if you come to the shop you can see first hand what we have on offer.

| | | The Catering Outlet |  | All the action is not just happening in the shop. At the back the butchers can be found busily preparing any number of our catering orders. We offer a very competitive service to local restaurants, clubs, nursing homes and pubs. Kevin, had 10 years experience looking after a catering organisation in Sydney servicing a large number of pubs and clubs so is well versed in portion control. | Due to customer demand we are now proudly stocking our Deli with a range of the finest cheeses and cold meats. We have hand picked quality, less common cheeses, for example Wild Wasabi, and Black Parmesan. We also stock a range of cold meats including the kids favourite Devon, Frankfurts, Proscuitto, Roast Beef and not to mention our own delicious Ham and Bacon which is prepared by Kevin on the premises smoked using natural wood chips in the traditional way.
